Greetings Bembangers! Welcome to the 4th Issue of Bembang!
As you can see we now have a new look to our site. We apologize for our ever-changing layout, we're just want the site to be organized and to have an understandable, easy-to-navigate user interface. We still need layout artists by the way so if you're interested then drop us a line.
Time for some news.
This August we are organizing another event called Bembangan! Saguijo! This event as you may have already guessed is another "mini-rock-concert" featuring 4 upcoming bands. This is only the second event organized by Bembang! but we do promise to have more in the future. In fact, this event at Saguijo Bar may become monthly. So keep your fingers crossed.
A lot has changed on the website itself, we have added more celebrity profiles, our forum has grown to around 500 members and so has our email user base. We will of course add more celebrities at the gallery and hopefully more categories and site listings at the directory.
The magazine will now be updated every two months. We are sorry for this but we promise to keep each issue packed and more exciting. We will also look for more writers and contributors. We still plan on going back to the monthly format but until we hire more people to work on the site we are stuck with 1 issue every 2 months. We also have some site sponsors now, as you can see from the ads, and hopefully once the cash pours in, we will improve the site more. The front page looks different now, we were unable to give the site a new cover this issue due to time constraints. Hopefully next issue we can hire the services of a good artist to work on the cover.
Anyway, we now have a news portion on the index page so all the exciting things happening here at Bembang! will be posted there first. I hope you enjoy this issue, our biggest issue yet, featuring the very, very lovely Karel Marquez and the RnB princess! Read on and do write to us for comments or whatever as we really enjoy reading your mail!
